Rodney N. Vosguanian
Licensed in California for 40+ years!Rodney N. Vosguanian has handled hundreds of Bankruptcy cases for individuals, families and businesses. From the initial client interview through the case administration and discharge, he has advised and prepared clients for asset protection against creditors, has successfully defended debtors from the Bankruptcy Trustee’s objections to claim of exemptions, conversion and dismissal motions as well as defended against creditors motions for relief from automatic stay, adversary proceedings, nondischargeability suits, and trials. As a tax attorney and CPA, Mr. Vosguanian’s knowledge of the IRS Tax Code and the Bankruptcy Code has enabled his client’s to secure the discharge of Income Taxes, Employment Taxes, Sales Taxes, Real and Personal Property and Ad Valorem taxes under appropriate bankruptcy chapters, and to eliminate and avoid liens and strip away tax penalties and interest whenever possible. Mr. Vosguanian is an experienced litigation attorney handling all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases, contract and real estate disputes, shareholder disputes, and contested probate and conservatorship matters. He also specializes in estate and trust planning and drafting, business organization formation and dissolution and drafting corporate agreements.

History of the Firm
Established in 1980, the law firm of Vosguanian & Vosguanian has served the Southern California, Los Angeles, and Ventura county communities for over 40 years.
